Dine-in, takeaway and two aggregators in one book: Zomato and Swiggy kept as customers with their commission on its own expense line, a recipe cost on every dish, and every bill line at the GST rate you set on the item.

What you'll do day to day
A dine-in bill in ten seconds
Signed in as a staff member, open /pos. Pick 2 biryani + 1 lime soda, split UPI/cash, print or share the bill, with each line at the GST rate set on the item.
Aggregator payout is never the order value
Signed in as the owner, open /reports/marketplace-orders. Zomato vs Swiggy: gross, commission, packaging and net payout per settlement; the gap explained line by line.
What a plate of biryani really costs
Signed in as a staff member, open /manufacturing?tab=boms. The Thalassery biryani BOM: 40 plates from 6 kg rice, 7 kg chicken, masala and oil, with the rolled-up plate cost next to the menu price.
Kitchen production draws the store
Signed in as a staff member, open /manufacturing?tab=production. A day's cooking run consumes raw stock from the central kitchen; inventory drops by exactly the recipe.
An honest close, every night
Signed in as a staff member, open /pos/z-report. Dine-in and takeaway counters close separately: float, UPI, cash and over/short.
Catering pipeline to invoice
Signed in as the owner, open /deals. Kakkanad Tech corporate lunch moves from tasting to advance received; the advance lands as a receipt.
A Kochi restaurant and cloud kitchen that reconciles every aggregator payout
Before: Zomato and Swiggy settle net of their commission, the kitchen never knew what a plate cost, and the counter and aggregators were two different books.
With Finocket: Dine-in bills, takeaway and both aggregators land in one book; a recipe on every dish works out what a plate costs; kitchen production draws the stores.
(Sample business: Kayal Coastal Kitchen, a demo restaurant & cloud kitchen workspace in Kochi, Kerala - not a real customer.)

Different prices for dine-in, takeaway and delivery
With the restaurant pack switched on for your workspace, each selling price list on Price lists shows a Restaurant channel choice: No channel, Dine-in, Takeaway or Own delivery. Purchase price lists do not show it.
- Tag a list with a channel. A bill on that channel charges that list's rate for every dish on it. The table QR menu uses your Dine-in list, and your own ordering link uses Takeaway for pickup and Own delivery for delivery.
- No channel. Keeps the list out of restaurant bills entirely, so a client's or a wholesale list never reprices a table.
- Nothing tagged. Every dish keeps its own selling rate, as before.
A tagged list applies only while it is switched on and inside its validity dates. Until a setup step is done on your workspace, bills do not read the tag and every dish keeps its own rate.
Recording whether an outlet is a specified premises
Open Menu extras and scroll to GST premises status. For each Outlet and Financial year, record:
- Specified premises? Whether the outlet is a specified premises or not.
- Established by. Preceding year's room tariff or Declaration, with the Declaration reference if you made one.
- Effective from and Effective to (optional). The from date must fall inside the financial year you chose.
Tap Save status. The rows you have recorded are listed under the form.
Table bookings and your own ordering link
Booking tables ahead, and taking pickup and delivery orders on your own link with no commission, have their own guide: Table bookings and your own online orders.
