Each trader's running account
Signed in as a staff member, open /clients. Open Gupta & Sons, then Statement: every sale bill and receipt this season, ready to send.
Seed and pesticide by batch and expiry
Signed in as a staff member, open /inventory. Paddy seed and pesticide batches in the Input Store; near-expiry and expired lots flagged on the Expired & Returns shelf.
Inputs to farmers on credit till harvest
Signed in as a staff member, open /invoices/new. Sell DAP and paddy seed to Jaswant Singh on credit with a due date after harvest; his balance shows on Outstanding.
Farmer entries recorded as purchase bills
Signed in as a staff member, open /suppliers. Farmer entries for Gurmeet Singh and Sukhdev Singh recorded as purchase bills, no GSTIN needed.

With the pack switched on, Mandi and dairy keeps arrivals, typed weighments, sale entries and farmer pattis. On Pattis, review deductions and advance recovery before you finalise; recording a payment records money paid elsewhere. The buyer bill separates produce from configured levies. These records do not post commission-sale journals or send money.
The screens also keep farmer advances, chambers, crop seasons, licences and member meetings. Correct an unsold lot, reverse a wrong sale, or discard a draft patti before drawing it again. Statutory returns, hardware connections and an FPO share register remain outside this workflow.
